What is Functional Fitness?

Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness to start?

Want to get in the best shape of your life no matter your age? You just need to start! Some of the movements include: pushups and pullups, deadlifts and squats, gymnastics, kettle bells, running, rowing, and olympic lifting. All of these exercises are performed in a constantly varied and functional manner performed at a high intensity in a coach-led class setting. Each workout has a tangible score or result so the room for improvement will always be there! While the program challenges the world's fittest, it is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.

Nope. We scale to any fitness level. This means every movement and weight can be adjusted to give you the best opportunity to get in a good workout. By adjusting workouts, coaches allow the fittest people and first-timers to train side by side—and both groups become healthier. The best part: The experienced athlete and the new person will bump fists at the end of the workout, each knowing the other just overcame a challenge.

How much does each Viable training cost?

Do we take drop-ins at our in person location?

Yes, absolutely! We love meeting new people, come on in!

It all depends on which program you choose; our in person gym, online programming or our 1:1 coaching & nutrition plan. All prices are listed on our membership pages. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us for any further questions regarding memberships.

Is there a commitment/how do I cancel?
 

There is no long-term commitment to join CrossFit Viable, Viable Barbell or Viable Online. Memberships are month to month. You can reach out to us to cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle if you do not want to be charged with no cancelation fee. 

Viable 1:1 Online Coaching/Nutrition is a 12 week commitment (or longer based on needs). There will be no refunds made on initial 12 weeks. Should you choose to become a month to month member after your intial commitment you then may cancel at anytime before your next billing cycle.

Can i put my membership on-hold?
 

Absolutely. Just reach out letting us know how long you would like to put a hold on your membership. It is not the policy of Viable to reach out to you when your hold is about to be up, your membership will start on agreed upon date with no refunds for the start up month. You can still cancel if you would like, you will not be charged going forward following the re-start month.
